During the pandemic, I started broadcasting live every day to keep us all connected.
On April 6, 2020, I ran into a lot of issues while trying to sing "Changes" live, so I recorded this the next day. I recorded it in one long take and edited it over the next three days. The vocals are live, and the music was adapted for this special version.
Vfx and original video tests
I came up with the idea for this video before I even finished recording the single version of the song. It was going to be a Marvel-esque story about a bear superhero fighting villains across the streets of New York. We did camera and outfit tests, and I started working on the visual effects. There are more tests; I just need to locate them. However, it became clear that I wouldn't be able to do everything on a low budget. So, I told myself, "Someday."
It may happen eventually. Who knows?
