When I was recording this album, I wasn’t thinking about releasing it.
Not about dancefloors, numbers, or aesthetics.
I was thinking about myself.
About feeling something again.
About finding some kind of order inside the chaos.
Every song became a shelter.
Some are joyful, some not so much. But all of them are real.
Maybe that’s why it’s been so hard to let them go, they were with me when I needed them the most.
But today, I want to share them.
Because I know I’m not the only one who’s ever needed music just to hold on.
This album is that:
an emotional map of someone who wanted to stay alive.
"Dance Love Dream" is a vibrant and heartfelt journey that blends disco, house, and pop into an intimate celebration of resilience, sensuality, and joy. Written, performed, and produced by Benjamin Koll during a period of personal healing, the songs invite listeners to embrace movement, love, and dreams as forms of self-expression and resistance.
Although the vinyl tracklist omits "Secret Lovers" due to format limitations, the song is included in the digital and CD releases. Each edition's special booklet and artwork ensure that every format offers a unique experience, making "Dance Love Dream" a true collector's treasure.
